Kalau boleh saya usul gimana kalau ultimate kelurain produk susu protein dengan rasa jeruk atau anggur, saya merasa rasa strawberry nya iso sensation top banget! mungkin banyak dikalangan fitness mania yang punya rasa favorit kaya jeruk atau anggur! (itupun kalau usul saya diterima) o ya aku mau tanya tolong donk ceritain asal muasal ultimate nutrition
- siapa pendirinya? tahun berapa?
- penghargaan apa saja yang sudah diterima ultimate?
- apakah ada atlit ultimate yang pernah meraih juara mr olympia?

pak saya bingung sy latihan selama 2bln sudah mnum seriuos mass dr ON,tapi berat badan ngak nambah&massa otot segitu2 aja sy latihan bisep,trisep,dada&back 1 minggu secara bergilir trus sehabis latihan langsung minum serious mass juga,apa saya perlu minum amino/whey?trus bagus tidak kl sy pakai alat”bodylastics”buat latihan dirumah,oh yah pak sy ini biasa tidur 12mlm keatas apa pengaruh yah..?sebelum&sesudahnya trimakasih buat penjelasan pak denny

@Eras, ga ada efek samping koq, malah boleh kalau ditambah menjadi 1 scoop atau 2 scoop sehari.

Pak Denny, saya udah hampir tiga bulan minum isosensation. Tapi saya hanya minum 1/2 - 3/4 scoop aja sehari. Pertimbangannya, frekuensi olahraga saya hanya bersepeda off road melewati banyak tanjakan, setengah jam pagi dan setengah jam sore (bike to work).
Efeknya sih lumayan kerasa. Stamina saya jadi tambah baik, dan selama minum itu, saya gak pernah gak masuk kantor krna sakit…:-))
Yang mo saya tanyain, dengan pemakaian seperti saya ini, kira-kira ada efek sampingnya gak pak?
